First up is Sean Fitzgerald with Boomtown Oil. Boomtown, founded in 2016, is a private Eagle Ford operator that is a shining modern example of the opportunity seized by the intersection of entrepreneurship, technical excellence and big data in today’s environment.  Hear the Boomtown story from genesis to a recent significant discovery well in the Lavaca Trough, the Five Star 1H. This discovery proves the geologic thesis that the Lavaca Trough is in-line with some of the best wells in the Karnes Trough.  Boomtown has 26,000 net acres in the highly over-pressured oil window in Lavaca and northern DeWitt counties.

Our second speaker is David Harris, a well-respected independent analyst and consultant with superb valuation expertise.  David will present a long term view on the challenges for domestic public E&P companies to deliver competitive returns to shareholders.  Over the past ten years the industry has delivered unprecedented growth in domestic oil and gas production yet a swath of public oil and gas equities have been a train wreck for buy and hold investors. What is the disconnect and the implications for the industry going forward?  This will be an exciting topic with extensive opportunity for Q&A and stock talk.
