Mr. Fitzgerald, a petroleum engineer, is a partner, CFO and reservoir lead at Boomtown Oil LLC. As co-founder of Boomtown Oil he has played a critical role in their Rocky Creek Resources project, assisting in the leasing of over 26,000 net acres and drilling three of the biggest Eagle Ford wells in Lavaca County. Before Boomtown, he was co-founder of STXRA and President of Viola Oil & Gas, a private equity backed company with a $60 MM capital commitment. Previously, Mr. Fitzgerald had roles with Rosetta Resources and Royal Dutch Shell.
