The SPE-GCS International Study Group, in coordination with the Government of Pakistan, the U.S. State Department, and LMKR are excited to invite SPE Gulf Coast Section Members to a Speaker Luncheon at the Norris Center Houston/Westchase.
This speaker luncheon is organized as part of high-level Energy Trade Mission from Pakistan to Houston, focusing on oil and gas production and led by Pakistani Minister of Petroleum and Natural Resources Shahid Abbasi and U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan Richard Olson, following on from the November 12 U.S.-Pakistan bilateral Energy Working Group and Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's recent visit to the United States. This is an opportunity to learn more about the growing energy sector in Pakistan and opportunities for investment.
Our speaker is Mr. Saeed Ullah Shah, Director for General Petroleum Concessions, Pakistan's Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources.
Mr. Shah's presentation will discuss Pakistan's oil & gas reserves on available concessions, as well Pakistan's policy incentives for upstream investments in Pakistan.
Additionally, Justine Finnett, Vice President of Marketing for petroleum technology company LMKR, a co-sponsor of this event, will present on LMKR's data services capabilities in worldwide exploration and production.
