Focus will range from managerial and technical skills to networking with other industry professionals.  The conference will build on previous success by offering attendees seminars, panel discussions, and poster presentations focused on the following themes:

• Managing Skills

• Technical Skills

• Emerging Technology

• Professional Visibility within SPE

A diverse group of speakers, comprised of technical, operational, and financial leaders, will discuss topics that will have an impact on the next generation of energy leaders.
