Description

This course provides attendees with a fundamental understanding of portfolio management as it applies to the oil and gas industry. In this program we will discuss concepts and practical applications to every day business problems. Today''s decision-makers are challenged to expand their thought processes and expose tomorrow''s decision-makers to new and different approaches to solving common business problems and enhancing business performance. The examples and exercises help participants understand the role that they might play in a portfolio process today and in the future. The course describes all major components of portfolio management, including input data, use of risk and uncertainty, modeling business questions, analysis and interpretation of results.
