Sept. 26, 2006

Description

Mr. Piper will discuss how to deal with risk in the project team environment including Risk Funding. Very few companies develop a risk fund and fewer still encourage teams to take risk. However, if you are not taking risk you may be jeopardizing your ability to keep up with your competitors. Ray will highlight the risk management process and emphasize how a risk fund can help you reduce investment costs and increase your competitive position in your industry.
