Description

The ConocoPhillips Magnolia ETLP is located in approximately 4700 ft water depth in Garden Banks Blocks 783/784 in the Gulf of Mexico. Magnolia was completed in July 2004, with first production occurring in December 2004. In December 2005, Magnolia was presented with Offshore Engineer magazine’s 2005 Offshore Energy Achievement Award for Production Facilities. This presentation will provide a brief overview of the Magnolia Project with a focus on the Best Practices employed on the topsides design recognized by the Achievement Award.
