Description

Are you interested in getting promoted or being chosen for a new position? Have you wondered why your resume isn’t getting you interviews for the best opportunities? Or why you aren’t doing well enough in the interview to get the offer? Or why you aren’t getting the critical assignments you need to prove how strong you really are to key managers?

Be one of the first in your company to learn how to advocate for yourself in today’s leading competency-based companies. BP, ExxonMobil, Shell, Anadarko, BHP, PDVSA and other oil and gas and oilfield service companies are working with competencies to help them make better decisions in hiring, training and promoting people. The game has changed. It’s time to learn how to prove your own competence (and the competence of your department) to the key decision-makers in the company.
