K.C. Whittemore is vice president of business development for Yuma Exploration and Production Co. He has 26 years of experience in exploration, acquisitions, and business development. He began his career as a development geologist with Texaco Inc. and later joined Coastal Oil and Gas as an exploration geologist. He also worked for Valero Energy, Washington Natural Gas, and Cabot Oil and Gas. Whittemore holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and post-graduate training in petroleum geology from the University of Houston.
