Description
Hurricanes Katrina and Rita were two of the top five strongest hurricanes in the
Gulf of Mexico in recorded history. The paths they traveled caused damage to many drilling rigs, production platforms, and pipelines. This presentation will analyze the damage to the aforementioned structures. Some of the global economic impacts on the crude oil industry caused by the hurricanes from a demand and supply standpoint will also be covered.
