Susan Howes is responsible for engineering career development including both in-house training and external courses and conferences in her current role as Engineering Recruiting and Training Manager at Anadarko Petroleum Corp. She manages campus recruiting for fulltime engineers for Anadarko’s US operations, as well as a multi-faceted engineering intern program for students from pre-college through graduate student level. She also manages the hiring of experienced engineers at Anadarko.

Jeff Lelek is the Houston Subsurface SDDN Leader for BP and is responsible for leading strategic resourcing, staff development and deployment for 750 Houston and 150 expatriot staff including reservoir and production engineers, geologists and geophysicists, and technicians. He conceived and ran a ’04 external hiring event with 600+ applicants.
