Description

Material business impact from AI is achieved only through sustained adoption that leads to real business transformation. History tells us that having a good technical or digital solution is not enough, and there are other critical factors impacting successful transformation. Much has been written about why good solutions are not able to realize the expected outcomes. The key elements of change management are well documented and key elements seem to make sense. Therefore, what are the specific and tangible actions that need to be taken to ensure that the full value of your AI Solution is realized. This Lunch & Learn reviews some of the specific questions and tangible actions that you can take to achieve the necessary change management for AI success.

• Who are the users and how are they engaged?

• What is the stakeholder map?

• Where will there be resistance?

• When to start engagement with users, stakeholders and resistors?

• How to operationalize and measure the AI solution?

These activities may require some additional skills and resources to supplement your team resources, which are outside your areas of expertise or interest. How your time and the resources are allocated will be an important factor in the uptake and impact of your AI solution. Hopefully this will provide some pointers to help you contribute to the mainstreaming of AI.
