Description

The Enverus Certified Specialist - Instructor Led Training (ILT) course provides a personalized learning experience where you can engage with Enverus’ certified instructors and industry professionals to validate your knowledge of key industry use cases and solution-oriented skills that transcend the entire energy value chain. 

 

This course will help you gain a deeper understanding of the entire ENVERUS PRISM® platform and how to best synthesize multiple datasets while designing efficient workbooks across the energy spectrum. You will also be able to efficiently navigate and leverage ENVERUS PRISM® for multifaceted benchmarking, identifying important trends and leveraging industry insights. 

 

Join us to discover how ENVERUS PRISM® can be used to tackle large-scale industry challenges in exploration, drilling, and production. 

What you’ll learn: 

·        Develop a deeper understanding of the entire ENVERUS PRISM® platform 

·        How to create a detailed workbook to analyze the drilling and permitting activity around a given asset position 

·        How to identify trends in frac design, essential for completions engineers to know the optimal amount of proppant and fluid to pump on a frac job to get the best production 

·        How to build more accurate production forecasts based on a specific completion design 

·        How to solve industry-specific challenges by creating detailed workflows and analysis

Alex Dixon is a petroleum geologist who has worked with both American and international companies throughout his career. Alex started with Enverus in 2021 and is a Technical Advisor on the Customer Success team.

He earned his undergraduate degree at Baylor University and attended the University of Louisiana Lafayette for his master’s degree in Geology. Most recently, he graduated from Baylor University with an MBA this past year.

He is a former power user of Enverus solutions and now provides workflows, demos, and insights through Prism to the Energy industry.

Jim joined the Enverus team back in 2020 as a member of the Customer Support team, where he specialized as a Prism and Data subject matter expert.  He transitioned to the Learning and Development team in 2023 where he continues to provide his expertise as a Technical Platform Advisor. Prior to joining Enverus, James was a Product Owner for RS Energy Group where he was responsible for incorporating new data sources into Prism and spearheading the acquisition of new datasets for the platform.  He also worked as a Customer Success Manager for NavPort, where he managed the business relationship and onboarded dozens of clients. James is a graduate of Drexel University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.

Before this, he earned his Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and, upon graduation, worked as a Facility Engineer for Noble Energy in the DJ Basin of northern Colorado and as a Business Process Development Manager for an AI consulting firm based out of Austin.
