Reishin is a senior solution architect and Energy subject matter expert at Databricks. Bringing together both his passion for AI and the connected Energy ecosystem, he is leading the efforts to better understand their client needs in this space. Prior to joining Databricks, he spent 14 years at SLB where led multidisciplinary teams across their global portfolio. Reishin considers himself to be a global citizen, who was born in South Africa and was fortunate to work all over Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and North and South America. He feels this global perspective is both humblings and allows him to better connect with clients and co-workers alike. His previous experience ranged from Software engineering to game development and developing medical diagnostic devices, including having led several collaborative engagements with NASA on the Mars mission. He is also a speaker, a panelist, and a podcaster for both the Energy and Space technology Industry.

Chad is a Solutions Architect who spent 15 years in directional drilling and wellbore measurements at Scientific Drilling International. Started my career in the field working primarily in the Gulf of Mexico, the US Gulf Coast, Ohio, and West Virginia. Moved to Houston in 2013 and served in various operations, operations management, and financial management (FP&A, finance) roles. In 2017, led the implementation, operation, and management of a global SAP S/4 HANA platform with over 50 company codes and the business data and AI teams.
