Large-scale Carbon Capture Storage (CCS) deployment projects are imperative to reach the global average 2-deg C temperature limit, as outlined in the Paris Agreement. While momentum is building on some CCS pilots and small-scale commercial initiatives, large-scale commercial facilities remain scarce.
Subjects to be addressed in this presentation are:
Costs.
Transport and storage constraints.
Risk perception and tolerance.
Decarbonization alternatives.

All attendees are encouraged to register and pay online for this event. This is a more efficient means of registering for the event and enables the registration process at the meeting to move much faster. Walk-in space is available on a seat-limited basis at a fee more than the on-line registration fee.
