Jay Russell is a former South Carolina State Trooper.  He worked for the governor''s aggressive criminal enforcement team (ACE Team) doing drug interdiction and investigation.  He founded R.A.I.D. Corps in 1995 to offer the private sector access to drug detection and prevention services previously only offered by law enforcement.  Companies quickly realized how focusing on the drug issues at a facility led to reduction of common problems like absenteeism, theft, and on the job accidents.  R.A.I.D. Corps has successfully helped both large and small businesses create environments designed to reduce drug use.
