Description

High energy prices are roiling the energy market space. While this may be good for sellers it is especially hard on companies that wish to acquire reserves by acquisition. 

Joe will discuss the issues of reserves valuations in the context of sales and acquisitions of reserves in commercial transactions.

He draws upon more than five years of successful transactions at Randall & Dewey involving independents and integrated companies, and over 18 years in international A&D roles in strategic planning and gas marketing, business development, and engineering at Amoco. Joe is a natural gas expert whose knowledge base includes worldwide gas marketing, LNG and gas-to-liquids project development.



Joe holds B.S. and professional (honorary) degrees from the University of Missouri-Rolla where he serves on the advisory board for the School of Mines and Metallurgy.
