Description

High energy prices are roiling the energy market space. While this may be good for sellers it is especially hard on companies that wish to acquire reserves by acquisition. 

Joe will discuss the issues of reserves valuations in the context of sales and acquisitions of reserves in commercial transactions.

Joe holds B.S. and professional (honorary) degrees from the University of Missouri-Rolla where he serves on the advisory board for the School of Mines and Metallurgy.
