Hager is currently Vice President of Yuma Exploration & Production Company, Inc.  Charles received his B.S., Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alabama.  Charles is a technically charged leader of exploitation with a proven vision for success.  He has implemented plans for aggressive growth which focused on creating value in existing and acquired assets.  He is considered a technical expert in numerous area, though uses teaching and mentoring to empower a top technical engineering staff for generating proven business results.
