This presentation will include a discussion on the need for a dual career management strategy to address both partners, initiatives we have found successful, and ideas on what each person can do daily to shift this paradigm. Attendees will better understand the current employment landscape, ways they can drive a difference, and solutions they can ask for to help with navigation for themselves and their coworkers.

Bailey currently leads the technology team within Baker Hughes’ Oilfield and Industrial Chemicals Product Line. Her team of 150 employees supports a multi-billion dollar business, and drives change and profitable business growth through innovation, customer voice, and speed to market. Her career with Baker Hughes began in 2006, and the last 15 years have encompassed a variety of sales, marketing, operations and technical roles. Bailey holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado, and later received an MBA from McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. In addition to her day job, she is the proud mom of four boys and lives in Houston with them and her husband.
