Shanta Eaden is the Chief Operating Officer of ALLY Energy leading the execution and expansion for ALLY. Shanta brings 20+ years of expertise integrating people, processes, and technology leading multinational teams in the Finance and Energy sectors, holding consulting and senior technology operations roles.  She is a recognized culture and diversity leader having been named Top DEI Champion by the National Diversity Council in 2021, ALLY Energy GRIT Award winner and currently sits on the Society of Information Management’s Women Advisory Board.


She earned her MBA in Human Resources and Management from LeTourneau University and bachelor’s from Texas Southern University.
