Speaker #1 Abstract: Working Identity and the Human Psyche

When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves. We shall examine working identity and other identities through the human psyche lens and dedicate time to our ‘possible selves’ with a view to revitalizing our journeys in transition. We generate fears while we sit, we overcome them by action.  Each participant will leave the session with a 5-commitments-action plan.
