Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, Class of 2005. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas, and also has a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) certification.
Scott brings 16 years of traffic and transportation engineering experience in the local Houston Area. His experience includes various traffic studies including signal warrant analysis, multi-way stop analysis, traffic impact analysis, delay studies, speed studies and traffic safety studies. He is also well versed in signal timing optimization and implementation, traffic simulation modeling, traffic signal designs, and signing and pavement marking designs. He has developed optimized signal timings and implemented these timings at hundreds of intersections for multiple corridors and has worked with various traffic modeling programs such as Synchro, TSPPD (True-Traffic), PASSER, HCS2000, and VISSIM.
