Conrad Kao graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering in 2002 from the University of Oklahoma.  He started his career as a PDC drill bit designer for Hughes Christensen.  In 2004, he joined 3U Technologies as a staff engineer honing his design skills and FEA capabilities.  In 2013, he joined Baker Hughes as a design engineer working on lower completion tool design.  In 2016, he got the opportunity to lead the Baker Hughes enterprise AM design team.  He joined Howco as the Director of Additive Manufacturing to build a team and AM facility to diversify the company's offerings.
