After a long career at Schlumberger in a variety of technical and management positions, Susan Rosenbaum co-founded DirectionStar with two purposes:  1) to help individuals find the focus for their career that will best match their strengths;  2) to help teams understand the strengths of all team members to improve the team’s impact on their company’s performance. We use the Birkman™ assessment method as the starting point of our guidance and conversations, building on our 15 years of experience in utilizing Birkman assessments.

Rosenbaum has a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Computer Science (College of Engineering) from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Graduated with a BS, in Chemical Engineer, and a MS, in Petroleum Engineer, Hudson Chen started his career as a Process Engineer for DuPont and a Field Engineer for Schlumberger. His passion for people and career development brought him into the world of Recruiting. 

Throughout his career, Hudson has helped hundreds of companies find key talent to grow their organization. He has also guided countless professionals in finding a new job, transitioning to a new organization, obtaining a promotion or even starting a new company.
