The event is on! It is scheduled for September 21st, at Kingwood Country Club. However, it will, of course be different to normal. Since we had to postpone the original date, we have been working hard with the staff at Kingwood to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone as we all continue to fight COVID-19 - and we still want to have some fun!

Let's remember that the money we raise from the tournament helps provide much-needed scholarships for our future petroleum engineers. A university education is more important than ever, but it doesn't get any cheaper - virus or no virus. 

To prepare for the tournament, here are some of the changes you need to be aware of:

• Teams will go out in regular tee times instead of a shotgun start
• We ask that you do not show up more than 30 minutes before your tee time to keep the crowd to a minimum
• The driving range will be open
• Cook stations out on the course will be limited to no more than eight people at any one time - but our great cookers will be out there!
• After your round is over, we ask that you leave the course promptly
• All door prizes will be in the form of an online “shopping spree” with selections shipped to the winner’s house
• One winner will be drawn at random from each group, in various dollar amounts
• The results will be emailed after the round, so we will need emails and mobile numbers for all players ahead of time for this to work
