This workshop, sponsored by the SPE Gulf Coast Section, is devoted to the enhancement of operation, maintenance, and technical advancement of Electric Submersible Pumps (ESPs). The Program Committee solicits abstracts for both high interest papers (20-minute presentation and 10-minute question and answer period) and short stories (10-minute presentation and 5-minute question and answer period) dealing with ESP and ESPCP production operations. The emphasis of the workshop is on practicality, and papers should contain case histories where possible. Notice: Notice: Due to record numbers of registrants booking hotel reservations, the hotel holding the ESP Workshop (The Woodlands Waterway Marriott) is currently full for the nights of Sunday, Monday and Friday 24, 25 and 29 April.
We are making alternate hotel arrangements and offering shuttle service between the alternate and main conference hotel.
If you need hotel accommodations on those dates, please do the following:
1) Register at the main hotel (Waterway Marriott) for the nights rooms are available (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) via the housing registration link on this website.
2) Register at the alternate hotel [Residence Inn on Six Pines - phone number 281-419-1542] . There is not a group code for the ESP Workshop at this location.
3) Contact Lindy Williams (lindy@magneygrande.com) and provide your confirmation numbers. If any rooms become available last-minute at the main hotel, we will make arrangements to move you over on a first-come, first-served basis. Shuttle information can be obtained at the same email address.
