This second annual SPE GCS Facilities & Construction Study Group Project Management Workshop is designed to provide a learning experience for new project professionals and to provide the seasoned project professional with a look at how others prepare and execute these key project concepts. The Workshop will continue to focus on Upstream Oil and Gas Projects, though the principles presented will be applicable to any project.

Our goal for this one-day event is to capture and enhance the spirit of the open discussion seen in last year’s well attended workshop while covering the topics of Scope Management,Risk Management, Project Execution Planning and Management of Change at the working level. The work session concept will provide an excellent opportunity for the exchange of ideas and information.  Attendees will be provided with CD-ROMS of the complete workshop presentations and reference materials following the workshop.
