Over 300 expandable sand screen jobs have now been run worldwide. Very few of these have been in the Gulf of Mexico to date. The GOM provides significant challenges in terms of depth, pressures and particle size distributions. The talk will consider where expandable jobs have been run to date (including the recent Mars installation) and where potential exists in the future.
