Description

People like to laugh, but today’s politically correct and goal-oriented workplace often makes people afraid to be humorous. That’s a real shame, because while the lack of humor can make a workplace a dreary place to be, the presence of humor can be a powerful motivator and a useful tool for the average employee and their leaders.

In The Humor Tool, you will gain an understanding of the biological power of humor; learn research and studies on the impact of humor in the workplace, and gain an understanding of what humor is acceptable and not acceptable. Finally, guidance on how to develop your Humor Tool will be provided.
