Luke Allen has been with Noble Midstream since just after the IPO in the fall of 2016. Since joining, Luke has created a dynamic team that interfaces with various customers operating throughout the Delaware and DJ Basins. His team strategically plans and optimizes infrastructure to provide crude oil, natural gas and water-related midstream services.  Luke brings a wide array of industry experience in the engineering, construction and operation of numerous upstream, midstream and downstream facility and pipeline projects. Luke received a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and Biological Engineering from Colorado State University and is currently pursuing his MBA at Rice University.
