Her areas of expertise include talent management, strategic planning, developing human capital management systems, cross functional team building and coaching management teams at all levels within the organization. As a Business Partner she is experienced in leading multi-disciplinary teams to successfully drive business objectives and execution of large domestic and international projects for diverse clients. Melanie founded CGL Recruiting with the intention of creating a firm that was focused on more than just the words on a job description. She believes the best way to build a top performing company is by selecting the talent which best aligns with the short and long term goals of the corporation to accomplish their strategic business objectives. Melanie has a degree from The University of Texas in Austin in Applied Learning Development, is GPHR and SPHR certified and holds additional instructor certifications on various training.
