The annual Society of Petroleum Engineers Gulf Coast Section Sporting Clays Tournament provides the opportunity for shooters of all levels to participate in this rapidly growing sport. This tradition, not only directly supports SPE student scholarships but provides members and non-members of the SPE Gulf Coast Section the opportunity to interact, exchange ideas and develop lasting friendships while participating in a sporting event.

The 2019, 19th Annual SPE-GCS Sporting Clays Tournament will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019 at Westside Sporting Grounds!

• $900 per 4-person team (includes 100 round course, ammunition, and 4-person golf cart)

Essential Registration [No Cart Needed]

• $800 per 4-person team (includes 100 round course and ammunition)

Registration Details

• Ammo is included however we understand that some shooters would like to bring their own. If this is you please bring No. 71/2, 8, 9 shot ONLY

• When registering please include each team member's e-mail address. This will speed up check-in and allow for everone to receive important event communications including starting time and station.

• This event will be held on three courses, event supporters and sponsor will receive first consideration for their preferance of course.

Scholarship Support Levels

Sponsorship is a great way to get your companies name out in front of your audience and potential leads. Select sponsorship opportunities by selecting the "register another" button.

Platinum Scholarship Supporter $7500

• As a Platinum Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on the event signage. Your support also entitles you to two (2) complimentary teams in the tournament and V.I.P. Parking.

Gold Scholarship Supporter $5000

• As a Gold Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage. Your support also entitles you to one (1) complimentary team in the tournament and V.I.P. Parking.

Silver Scholarship Supporter $2500

• As a Silver Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage. Your support also entitles you to one (1) complimentary team in the tournament and V.I.P. Parking.

Bronze Scholarship Supporter $1500

• As a Bronze Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage. Your support also entitles you to one (1) complimentary team in the tournament and V.I.P. Parking.

Corporate Scholarship Supporter $500

• As a Corporate Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage.

Scorecard Sponsor (limit 2) $1000 

• As a Scorecard Scholarship Supporter, your company name will appear on event signage as well as each scorecard.

Gun Cleaning Sponsor (limit 1) $1500

• As a Gun Cleaning Sponsor, your company name will appear on the on event signage.

Tournament Photo Sponsor (limit 1) $2500

• As the Tournament Photo Sponsor, your company name will appear on event signage and your company logo will appear on participant commemorative photos given to each shooter.

Trophy Sponsor (limit 1)

• As the Trophy Sponsor, your company name will appear on event signage and your company logo will appear on shooter trophies.

Course Beverage Sponsor (limit 3 - first to respond) 

• As a Course Beverage Sponsor, your company name will appear on the sponsor board.  As a part of your sponsorship, you will be asked to set up a tent at an assigned course to provide beverage refreshments throughout the day.

Breakfast/Coffee Sponsor (limit 1 - first to respond)

• As the Breakfast/Coffee Sponsor, your company name will appear on event signage.

Food Frenzy Competition (Limit 10) 

• As a Food Frenzy Competitor, your company name will be on event signage. As part of your competition, you will be set up adjacent to the pavilion to provide entertainment and food which can consist of: breakfast and/or lunch, drinks. Each shooter will be given one poker chip to vote for best competitor. Winning team will receive a commemorative trophy.
