Roughneck Camp is a one-day conference that empowers young professional, interns and student with the knowlege to choose and plan appropiate career paths as they become valuable contribution members to their companies. In its 16th year, Roughneck Camp attendees will explore careers accross the energy value chain seeking to answer the questions, "Where do I want to take my career?" and "How do I make an impact in the global energy system?" Through keynotes, breakout sessions, panels and networking, attendees will hear from senior energy industry leaders and young professionals on why they chose their careers, what inspires them and how they have been able to navigate career transitions.
