Description
We think A-I today should also be described as “augmented intelligence” rather than simply “artificial intelligence”.
Augmented intelligence has dramatically different use cases based on users’ industry segment such as oil & gas. It may not be obvious but each user domain has several layers that are interdependent, and each layer could have its own augmented intelligence application. Examples: Where to frac, how to frac, utilized to design, build, deliver, monitor equipment health and schedule component replacement, help find hydrocarbons and so on.
We will review the history of A-I in oil & gas, where A-I is currently and where it’s going.
