Rebecca is an accomplished finance and compliance leader with over 16 years of Oil & Gas experience.  She currently works for Statoil’s Operations Excellence group and is responsible for ensuring the development and improvement of processes over governance, requirements, and compliance to support domestic US onshore and US offshore operations.  She also leads the Blockchain digitalization strategy for Statoil United States and is the founder and visionary behind the US Oil & Gas Blockchain Forum for Operators.  Rebecca joined Statoil in 2011 as Head of Finance for the Marcellus/Utica play.  Prior to Statoil, she worked for Occidental Petroleum and Merit Energy Company as Manager of Finance Compliance and Manager Internal Audit Operations North America.  She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas.  Rebecca currently serves as Chairman of the Advisory Board for Pathway for Little Feet and enjoys riding in the MS150 annual bike ride from Houston to Austin.

Claude Baudoin is Owner and Principal Consultant at cébé IT & Knowledge Management, a boutique consulting company based in the San Francisco Bay Area offering consulting in IT strategy, IT sourcing, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, business process analysis, innovation management, as well as knowledge management and communities of practice. He has 43 years of experience in these domains, including 26 years at Schlumberger in France and the US. He is the author of two books on software engineering, two IT-related patents, and many articles and conference presentations – including at SPE Intelligent Energy in 2016. Among other things, he is currently advising the Industrial Internet Consortium on the needs of the energy sector. He holds an Engineer degree from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University.

In 2005 he founded Amalto Technologies to develop solutions delivering frictionless B2B transactions exchanges with a focus in Oil and Gas. He is now taking the company to a new journey by integrating emerging technologies like blockchain and IoTs aiming at automating B2B transactions and delivering equal value to both large and small companies.


In January 2018, Jean-Pierre also became the CEO of Ondiflo, a Blockchain platform that automates all ticketing-based services for the Oil and Gas industry.
