Joanna Ye is a Senior Subsea Engineer with over 15 years of risk management experience. As a part of the subsea and well system team in DNV GL North America, she provides clients with practical consultancy support in the technology qualification (TQ) projects. Over the years, she has worked on a broad range of subsea technologies in the area of subsea production, subsea drilling and well completion including HPHT application, analyzing their failure modes, mechanisms and performance, and developing risk-mitigation driven qualification programs. She has gained broad experiences in technology qualification processes and best practices in the industry through management of various technology qualification (TQ) projects where operators and technology developers wanted to qualify their technology according to DNV Recommended Practice A-203 or API 17N/17Q.
