Lori was recruited to the Oil & Gas Industry in 2005 to work with employees from China, Russia, India, Thailand, Guatemala, Venezuela, Colombia, and the U.S. She developed a unique program of working with multicultural clients which revolutionized the way she trained. She then went back to the university to study geology and the sciences to be able to connect on a technical level as well. Soon she was being recruited for training in many companies around the globe in the Oil & Gas Industry, and her company "Architecture of Communications" AOC, LLC began.

Lori graduated in 2007 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Performance with a minor in Corporate Communications, and an Associate Degree in Marketing. She studied at Kings College London on scholarship in 2005, and has numerous certifications in motivational training. She has completed several SPE short courses in Oil & Gas. She is a native English speaker who speaks Spanish, Italian, & French and is currently studying German.

Lori understands the needs of today’s culturally diverse Oil & Gas Industry, and has developed a unique, proven and practical method of training people from all cultures to help them develop their skills, and to broaden their base of understanding which is crucial in today’s global Oil & Gas economic climate. Lori currently serves on the SPE Soft Skills Committee, is a published author, has 2 papers accepted for SPE ATCE for 2017, and was a volunteer for the Distinguished Lecturer Committee from 2012-2014. She is an SPE volunteer to many University Petroleum Engineering Departments, training students in Soft Skills to enhance their technical knowledge and to improve their employability.

Dwyann Dalrymple is a Technology Advisor in Production Chemistry for OMV and based in Vienna Austria. Previously he served as an Industry Development Manager on Global Water Management for Nalco Champion in Houston, Texas. Prior to that he was a Scientific Advisor with Halliburton’s Conformance Technology/Production Enhancement Group in Duncan, …

Dwyann Dalrymple is a Technology Advisor in Production Chemistry for OMV and based in Vienna Austria. Previously he served as an Industry Development Manager on Global Water Management for Nalco Champion in Houston, Texas. Prior to that he was a Scientific Advisor with Halliburton’s Conformance Technology/Production Enhancement Group in Duncan, OK. He has over 30 years’ experience internationally, with in-depth expertise in water control and preparation, including conformance technology and improved oil recovery methods. He has successfully consulted on procedures and job recommendations around the world.  


Dwyann’s most recent work led to the development and application of several novel chemical systems for water shut-off, gas shutoff, and improved wellbore integrity. He has authored hundreds of publications on these topics and holds over 50 patents related to conformance technology, acidizing, sand control, fracturing and cementing. Dwyann has authored over 300 papers and articles throughout his career, and is well known for his Expertise in Soft Skills.


He is an Advisor to the Board of the Americas-Middle East-Africa-Asia Produced Water


Community, serves on the SPE Senior Professional's Committee, the SPE Distinguished Lecturer Committee, is a technical editor, and is a past SPE Distinguished Lecturer. Dwyann is a well known and dynamic facilitator, working around the globe with AOC, LLC to promote individual growth to those who are joining the Oil & Gas Industry. He has a passion to help young professionals to learn the soft skills that will complement their technical knowledge, to allow them to reach their full potential as they begin their careers building the future of the Oil & Gas Industry.
