Dr. Reza Safari is a Geomechanics Advisor at Weatherford Geomechanics Research, Development, and Engineering. Dr. Safari’s current focus is on geomechanical modeling development of unconventional reservoir stimulation and wellbore mechanics. He has co-authored more than 20 publications in hydraulic fracturing, water-less fracturing, hydraulic/natural fracture interactions, and wellbore strengthening. Safari holds …

Dr. Reza Safari is a Geomechanics Advisor at Weatherford Geomechanics Research, Development, and Engineering. Dr. Safari’s current focus is on geomechanical modeling development of unconventional reservoir stimulation and wellbore mechanics. Safari holds a Ph.D. degree in petroleum engineering(petroleum geomechanics) from Texas A&M University.
