Novatek is a "modern Edison lab" that has fine-tuned the intellectual property process. Everything is done in-house, including the brainstorming, legal legwork, and actual machining of prototypes. His interests include: R&D management, strategic partnerships, long term planning, high pressure and high temperature materials and equipment.
