General Meeting Information

Advance Registration (U.S. Dollars)
Register by March 15, 2004 and receive a discount of $70, plus a golf shirt with the IOR 2004 logo. You will also be automatically entered into a drawing for some very special prizes. The advance registration fee of $425 includes Conference Proceedings on CD, entrance to the Technical Sessions, Exhibition, Technology Update Series, Recognition Luncheon, Casino Night, and International Food Fest. Conference materials, including Proceedings, will be held at the Advance Registration Counter for pick-up. Visit the IOR 2004 website at

On-site Registration (U.S. Dollars)
The on-site registration fee of $495 includes the Conference Proceedings, Technical Sessions, Exhibition, Technology Update Series, Recognition Luncheon, Casino Night, and International Food Fest. Some events may be limited and are available first to those registering in advance. Registration opens Sunday, April 18 from 4-7:00 p.m. in the Convention Center Lobby.

Symposium Proceedings
Proceedings are included in the Advance Registration and On-site Registration Fees. Additional copies of the Proceedings (CD only—on-site or for mailing) will be available for $100; however, additional copies can be ordered in advance for a cost of $75. After the symposium, Proceedings may be ordered on a limited basis by contacting the Registration Chair at
ior@ior2004.org.

Social Functions
Plan to attend the Monday Recognition Luncheon where four distinguished “IOR Pioneers” will receive honors for their contributions to improved oil recovery. On Monday night, try your luck for some special prizes during Casino Night. And sample the savory foods of China, Latin America, Germany, Italy, Indonesia, and Middle Eastern countries at the International Food Fest on Tuesday evening in the exhibit hall.

Continuing Education Credits
Continuing Education Credit/Professional Development hours for licensed professional engineers can be obtained with IOR short courses and technical papers. Certificates of Completion will be available at these courses and
sessions.
