The SPE Global PetroBowl Workgroup will be hosting a second PetroBowl Question-Writing Session on Saturday, May 9, 2015 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. A continental breakfast and a box lunch will be included, as well as some special SPE-GCS goodies.
Be ready with plenty of ideas for good PetroBowl questions!
A guideline document for writing questions and a list of possible sources will be provided during the event.

If you prefer, you can come for only a few hours!
If you are a morning person, you might choose to attend from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm & you will be able to join us for lunch.
If you would rather join us in the afternoon, you might choose to attend from 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm & you will be able to join us for lunch.

8:30 am – 9:00 am: Overview of the session, details of categories and sample questions.
9:00 am – 12 noon: Break-out session 1 to write questions.
12 noon – 12:30 pm: Lunch
12:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Break-out session 2 to write questions.
3:30 pm: Adjourn
- Participants are requested to bring their laptops for writing questions. A template for writing questions will be provided at the time of registration.
- Participants can choose to bring their books and other reference material that they want to use for question writing. Additional books / reference material will also be provided by SPE.
- Participants can choose to bring any set of questions that they already have to the session. Such questions can be directly submitted to the PetroBowl Question bank.
- Pens, paper and other stationery will be provided by SPE-GCS.
