Mr. Isenhower will be speaking on the acquisition and divestiture market, in general, with a special focus on recent “deals” in the Permian Basin.  Included in his presentation will be a discussion of the overall A&D market in 2003, with an outlook for what to expect in 2004.  Other topics to be discussed include historical valuation parameters, who are the buyers, who are the sellers, how to maximize value, and keys to successfully marketing oil and gas properties.
