Description
This presentation will review Kerr-McGee's current 16 Intelligent Well installations in the Gulf of Mexico. It will include a brief discussion of why we started looking at the Intelligent Well option for our Deepwater Nansen and Boomvang projects. Included will be a list of the systems we have installed and a history of when and why they have been shifted. This is provided to demonstrate the current systems reliability. Additionally, a series of well installation sketches will be shown to demonstrate multiple well casing design scenarios.
