Description

The oil patch has changed greatly in the past twenty-five years, as has the role of women in our society. This session will consist of short presentations from a group of leading oil industry women on such topics as family/career balancing, mentoring, development, teamwork, and business ethics, followed by a panel discussion open to the audience. This session should be of interest to any oil business managers and/or professionals seeking to attract young women into the industry as well as those personnel who are refining mentor and development programs. Kimberly Dollens, a SPE 2000-2001 Distinguished Lecturer, will moderate the discussion. The distinguished panelists include Cheryl R. Collarini, PE, Explore Enterprises LLC, Vice President, Engineering; Fran Steele, Intec Engineering, COO; Tamara (Tami) Joslin, British Petroleum, Lead - WH Early Experience Programs; and Marilyn Wilson, President and Chief Operating Officer, H.J. Gruy and Associates, Inc.. Their biographies are attached.
