Description

Peter Foster is an Information Management Advisor to Major Projects in BP''s E&P business.  He leads a network of Pioneers that are using systems and technologies that capture the value of information in projects across BP''s worldwide portfolio.  Having seen what works and what does not in a wide variety of settings, he has concluded there are 6 key steps to successsful collaboration in E&P projects.  With anecdotal evidence and experience, Peter will describe these steps as follows:
