Description
Join the Houston Museum of Natural Science Energy Conservation Club to celebrate Earth Day.
For the past 7 months the students, grades 6-8 (ages 11-14) have been working tremendously hard to make it to the Texas State Challenge. They have been studying high school/college chemistry material! We are trying to find role models that have sought a career using their “Chemistry” degree. We want to open the eyes of these young minds that Chemistry is one of the AWESOME Science’s to pursue a career in and there are so many choices to make for a career path.
I would like to invite anyone with a Chemical Engineering or Chemistry background to volunteer and speak with the kids and tell them about your awesome career !
