The SPE Membership Committee will host a Welcome for New and Newly Transferred Members on November 13, 2003 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sherlock''s Pub is the location at 10001 Westheimer, Houston, TX, 77079, 713-977-1857. It’s located between Gessner and the Sam Houston Tollway, and offers free hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar.

This is our second year hosting the quarterly welcome for new and newly transferred members. The event is open to new and prospective members, SPE Gulf Coast Section board members, and membership and publicity committee members. Door prizes, including some cool SPE merchandise, make the new members even bigger winners than they already are.

The SPE-GCS Membership Committee focuses on recruitment of new and reinstating members, retention and engagement of current members, and providing services to the membership.
