Prior to joining CAPP, he was employed with the Canada-Newfoundland & Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) as Analyst and Deputy Registrar. Presentation will focus on how the offshore oil and gas industry in eastern Canada has responded to  changes in the Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) regulatory environment post recent aviation and oilspill tragedies.
