Description

For many "Independents", the challenge of developing a culture which embraces knowledge management looms large. This is not for lack of enthusiasm or initiative within the workforce, rather it appears to stem from an absence of a succinct set of KM related initiatives shown to clearly link to the corporate strategy. How is Oxy addressing this issue going forward? What areas within KM are being pursued? Ron Hinn, the company''s KM Lead will share his perspectives on these challenges including recent efforts to develop a set of customized KM tools.
