Description

The Regulations have been finalized, but what does Industry do now?  Continue the exploration into the new NESHAP, GHG, and Texas permitting requirements, and find out what may be on the horizon for NSPS.  This presentation will inform the audience of how their business is and will be affected by these air emission requirements, thereby enforcing the need for a strong foundation in emissions management and recordkeeping compliance.

Erin Badough is an environmental engineer with more than seven years experience in environmental compliance and air permitting for clients and customers spanning the refining, petrochemical, and oil & gas industries.  Erin has worked extensively with customers in Texas, in conjunction with the TCEQ, addressing permitting issues, along with reporting requirements and compliance certification with state and federal rules for several large facilities.  She has also completed compliance and permitting projects in Kansas, Colorado, and New Mexico and is knowledgeable of Montana and Wyoming regulations affecting Oil & Gas operations.  Additionally, Erin has experience with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) compliance programs and auditing of refineries across the US.  Recently, Erin has led efforts to complete applicability determinations and compliance strategies for Exterran in regards to recent EPA Greenhouse Gas (GHG) legislation.  She is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.
